Bylitis MARTIN

Date of oath : 22nd January 2004.
Prior to the creation of her own firm in July 2012, Bylitis MARTIN has worked for eight years as a collaborator of the SCP ZURFLUH- LEBATTEUX-SIZAIRE et Associés in PARIS (8ème), alongside Mr Patrice LEBATTEUX and Ms Agnès LEBATTEUX-SIMON. Acting alternately alongside property investors, participants in the construction, institutional managers and private individuals, Bylitis MARTIN had previously been formed in the business-related sectors of various anglo-saxon law firms located in Paris.
As a lawyer specialising in real estate transactions, Bylitis can obtain a mandate for the sale, purchase, lease, or rental search of a
property.

Pauline THIRION
Legal Assistant
As of September 2021, Pauline THIRION has joined the law firm as a legal assistant.
After 10 years spent in the touristic sector fulfilling clients’ wishes to escape and managing the accounting and administrative operations of a travel agency, she now attends the lawyers and clients at our law firm with kindness and diligence. Her legal training and rigour are put to good use in preparing cases, carrying out research, dealing with the courts and managing the secondary law firm in Metz.
